What an amazing year it's been for Oil and Mischief.  We stepped out of our comfort zone and took a leap of faith to pursue our dream.  Here's a recap...

In February, Oil & Mischief, LLC was born.

In the early spring we began planning for Nat's first solo art show.

On July 28th, Nat, debut his first solo art show, Composure:  A Brief Departure from Chaos at the Bleckley Inn.   He decided to take a step back from his usual dark, controversial style and dab a little with folk/landscape style.  Everyone loved it!!

One of my favorite photos from the evening:)

Nat's, high school art teacher, Ms. Ellen Spainhour.  She always encouraged Nat to continue pursuing his art.

We could not believe the turnout we had.  We couldn't have done it without the help of our family and friends.  It was by far a highlight of 2016.  We didn't stop there.  Shortly after, Nat was asked to be a part of a local show featuring local artists at Uptown Lounge

This is the only photo I took that evening.  I was too busy socializing ;)

Here's the promo video for Nat's show, Return to Mischief late September.

Once again, we had a great turnout!  Nat returned to his original style, hence the name, Return to Mischief.  This one was by far my favorite...

And before we knew it, The Holiday Season was upon us.  Nat teamed up once again with local artists in Anderson to feature, Cornucopia.  Local pottery, handmade soap, one of a kind pet portraits were there just to name a few.

With all the hustle and bustle the Holiday Season brings, Nat and I did find the time to enjoy the festivities.  2016, thank you for being so good to us!!  We are beyond grateful for the many blessings we received.  We can't wait to see what 2017 has in store.  Thank you again for all your support.  We couldn't have done it without you.
